Reward Summary: At a Glance

 * Category 1 (10th): 7 Winner

 Category 2 (12th Science): 7 Winner

Category 3 (12th Arts): 7 Winners

Detailed Reward Slabs Group ‘A’ Reward Guidelines (Categories 1, 2, and 3): This slab applies to students from 10th (IIT/NEET/11th Foundation), 12th Science (B.Sc / B.Tech / Nursing), and 12th Arts (B.A./College) streams.

 • First Tier (Rank 1 and 2): * These students will be awarded 100% scholarship assistance along with the ‘Parindee ‘.

o The maximum limit for this is ₹30,000. For example, if the student’s institutional fee is ₹25,000, the full fee will be covered. If the fee is ₹35,000, assistance of ₹30,000 will be provided.

 • Second Tier (Rank 3 and 4): * These students will be provided 50% scholarship assistance.

The maximum limit is set at ₹15,000. The organization will bear half of the student’s total course fee (up to a maximum of ₹15,000).

Third Tier (Rank 5 and 6): * These students will be provided 25% scholarship assistance.

o The maximum limit is ₹7,500. This amount will be provided as assistance toward the student’s admission fees.

• Consolation Tier (Rank 7): * Students achieving this rank will be given a one-time special assistance amount of ₹5,000.

5. Registration Fee

  • The registration fee of ₹605 is a one-time, non-refundable administrative charge. This fee is utilized for the management of the entrance examination, including online portal maintenance, proctoring services, and result evaluation.”

6. Source of Scholarship

  • “Scholarships are disbursed from the organization’s dedicated scholarship fund, supported by internal capital and institutional partnerships. The registration fee is not a contribution to the scholarship pool but a charge for the examination service provided.”

7. Detailed Reward Guidelines for Group ‘B’

Since the competition in Government Exams (RAS, REET, CET, Patwar, Police) is high, a detailed slab has been created up to Rank 15:

 • Super Achievers (Rank 1 and 2): 100% Fee Assistance (Maximum ₹30,000). This amount will be provided via direct payment to the student’s coaching institute or based on the original receipt.

• Star Performers (Rank 3 and 4): 50% Fee Assistance (Maximum ₹15,000). Significant financial aid for students preparing for competitive exams.

• Merit Scholars (Rank 5, 6, and 7): These students will receive 25% Scholarship (Maximum ₹7,500). This is for those who missed the top list by a narrow margin.

• Incentive Slab (Rank 8, 9, 10, and 11): These students will receive a cash incentive of ₹5,000 or a check to encourage them to continue their preparation.

• Foundation of Success Slab (Rank 12, 13, 14, and 15): These 4 students will receive a special consolation prize of ₹3,000 to maintain their morale.

Scholarship Calculation and Payment Rules

8. Actual Fee vs. Scholarship (Real Fee Logic)

Students should note that the scholarship amount will be determined based on the Original
Receipt of the course they have chosen.

If a student enrolls in an institution where the fee is less than our slab limit (e.g., ₹30,000),
the organization will only pay the actual amount mentioned on the receipt. The remaining
balance will not be paid in cash.

9. Financial Caps and Rewards

The maximum assistance amount determined by the organization for each rank (e.g.,
₹30,000, ₹15,000, etc.) is final.

The scholarship benefit will only be given to students who secure a place in the merit list
determined by the organization.

10. Merit List and Tie-Breaking

If two students achieve the same marks, the preference will be decided based on the
number of difficult questions solved, the number of incorrect answers (Negative Marking),
and finally, the student’s age (higher age will be given priority).

11. Claiming the Reward

Winners must submit necessary academic documents and identity proof within 1 to 2 weeks
of the result declaration to claim their scholarship. Claims made after the due date will not
be considered.

12. Conduct on Exam Day

A printout of the Admit Card and an original government ID (Aadhaar Card/PAN Card, etc.)
are mandatory.

Reporting at the center is required 30 minutes before the scheduled exam time. Latecomers
will not be allowed entry.

13. Prohibited Acts

If any electronic device, digital watch, or pieces of paper are found in the exam hall, the
student will be expelled immediately.

Indecent behavior with the invigilator or causing a disturbance during the exam will lead to
permanent cancellation of the student’s candidacy.

14. Cancellation and Full Refund Protection

Special Rights: If the total number of registrations is less than the organization’s minimum
target, the organization reserves the right to cancel the program.

• Refund: In such a case, the student’s base registration fee (₹605) will be refunded. The
service fee (₹35) cannot be refunded as it is deducted by the gateway provider. The refunded amount would be credited to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days

15. Data Privacy

All information provided by the student at the time of registration will be kept confidential.
It will only be used for issuing admit cards, declaring results, and sharing information about
the organization’s upcoming educational plans.

17. Media and Publicity Rights

Winning students grant the organization the right to use their names, photos, and
testimonials for the promotion of ‘Parindee’ across various digital and print media platforms.

18. Force Majeure (Special Circumstances)

In the event of any natural disaster, government curfew, or emergency, the organization
may postpone the exam. New dates will be announced once the situation normalizes. Fee
refund claims will not be acceptable in such circumstances

19. Final Decision

The decision of the ‘Parindee’ Core Committee regarding scholarship allocation, exam results,
and the interpretation of these rules shall be final and binding.

 20. Waitlist Policy

A waitlist will be prepared for each category. If the main winner does not appear to claim
the prize within 1 to 2 weeks, their right to the scholarship will be considered automatically
lapsed.

21. Authenticity of Documents

 • If a student participates in the test by providing false information (e.g., wrong class or wrong
category), they will be disqualified from the scholarship even if they appear on the merit list.

22. Verification Process

Before releasing the amount, an organization representative may visit the student’s
coaching/college for physical verification. If any type of collusion or malpractice is found, the
reward will be cancelled.

23. Communication and Updates

Information regarding the exam date, center, and time will be sent to the student’s
registered WhatsApp number. The organization is not responsible for non-receipt of
information due to an incorrect number or network issues.

24. Legal Disclaimer

The ‘Parindee’ organization only provides financial assistance; it does not guarantee selection
in any job or college.

The selection committee’s decision is final. In case of any dispute, the legal jurisdiction will
be local (under the organization’s headquarters).

25. Exam Pattern and Syllabus

• Question Type: The exam will be Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) based, covering General
Knowledge, Reasoning, and Basic Mathematics.

Medium of Exam: The paper will be available in both Hindi and English.

Negative Marking: To ensure fair evaluation, there is a provision for negative marking.

o Marks will be awarded for each correct answer.

o 1/3 (0.33) marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

26. Tie-Breaker Rule (Revised)

If two or more students get the same marks:
o Priority will be given based on ‘Negative Marks’ (the one with fewer errors),
followed by ‘Lower Age’ (though note point 10 mentions higher age; usually younger
students are prioritized in some formats, but please follow your internal
consistency—if you prefer higher age, use “higher age”).

27. Strict Usage Policy

This scholarship is for Tuition Fees only. It cannot be used for hostel fees, mess/food, books,
or transport expenses.

If a student is already benefiting from another government scholarship, they are still eligible
for ‘Parindee’.

28. Exam Center Discipline

It is mandatory for students to reach the center at least 30 minutes before the exam starts.

Any misconduct or noise at the exam center will result in immediate cancellation of
registration.

Travel expenses to and from the center must be borne by the student.

29. Results and Re-evaluation

Exam results will be declared on the official website or social media handles.

Since this is an automated evaluation process, there is no provision for re-evaluation of
answer sheets.

30. Non-Transferability Clause

Rule: This scholarship is personal to the student’s name. It cannot be transferred to any
other student, sibling, or friend. If the selected student does not wish to take the
scholarship, the seat will be considered vacant or offered to the next rank holder.
