♦ Contact Information: We require a valid Parent/Guardian Mobile Number, Email Address, and Permanent Residential Address.
♦ Academic and Eligibility Data: To verify merit, we collect Previous Class Marksheets, School/College Name, and Government-issued ID proofs.
♦ Technical Log Data: Our servers automatically collect your IP Address, Browser Type, and Device Information to monitor website performance and prevent fraudulent registrations.

2. Detailed Scholarship Framework and Benefits
By participating in the Parindee Scholarship Exam, users agree to the following merit-based reward system:
♦ Rank 1 & 2: Eligible for a 100% Scholarship (Maximum ceiling limit of ₹30,000).
♦ Rank 3 & 4: Eligible for a 50% Tuition Fee Scholarship.
♦ Rank 5 & 6: Eligible for a 25% Tuition Fee Scholarship.
♦ Rank 7 to 15 : Other consolation prize as per our policies.
♦ Redemption Terms: Please note that the scholarship is Non-Transferable and cannot be exchanged for Cash. The scholarship amount will be adjusted exclusively against the 1st-year tuition fees of a recognized Coaching Institute or College. Parindee reserves the right to verify the admission before processing the fee adjustment.

3. Data Retention and Storage
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Records of Top Rankers may be maintained for a period of 3 years for auditing, legal compliance, and historical record-keeping purposes.

4. Third-Party Disclosures and Security

♦ Educational Partners: We share the data of shortlisted candidates with Partner Coaching Centers or Colleges solely for the purpose of verifying admission and applying the scholarship discount.
♦ No Data Selling: Parindee does not sell, trade, or rent student personal identification information to third-party marketing agencies.
♦ Security Measures: We use SSL Encryption and secure data storage protocols to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses “Cookies” to enhance user experience and analyze website traffic. You may choose to set your web browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the website may not function properly as a result.

6. Children’s Online Privacy Protection
Since Parindee provides services to minors (children under 18), we strictly require that all registrations be completed under the supervision and consent of a Parent or Legal Guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental involvement.
